You might be interested in this group if you work with others in any form of helping or holding capacity, or just feel heavy from the world and need space with Self. Come visit A Space Between to process what you've carried during the week. Holding stories, helping humans, and all that happens in the relational in-between tends to stay stuck inside our bodies and nervous system unless alchemized and processed out. Some people like to go to the gym to get that out! I am not some people. And maybe you aren't either! So, come explore what it feels like to use creative means to make contact with whatever you've been holding from the good work, and transmute it out of you- so you can keep on being with others without the added weight.
