The Gathering

The invitation:

Come visit A Space Between to learn to be with and process what you've carried during the week. Holding stories, living life, and all that happens in the relational in-between tends to stay stuck inside our bodies and nervous system unless alchemized and processed out. Some people like to go to the gym to get that out! I'm not one of those people and maybe you aren't either!

Explore what it feels like to use creative means to make contact with whatever you've been holding from the good work, and transmute it out of you. No prior art experience needed!

We will be using a myriad of mediums so everyone can find something they can feel safe enough with- sandtray, art, journal writing, etc.
