Tuesdays with Kim

Tuesdays with Kim will start with an embodied or intuitive activity, move into free creation, and end with an opportunity to share discoveries with each other. It’s just a little time to slow down, tune in, make something, and see what emerges.

No experience needed. Just come curious.

FOR THIS SESSION: Your body has something to say. Let it speak.

We will do a simple body-based exploration, then paint (or whatever else calls to you).

These somatic exercises are very low-key, gentle, and meditative, but it helps to come dressed so you can comfortably move around a bit. Bring a smock if you tend to get messy.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER: Kim is an artist and certified yoga & psychosomatics coach. She combines tools like intentional movement, meditation, breathwork, and expressive art to help people connect with themselves and feel more alive.
