Wand Making for Kids

Kiddos (age 8+) are invited to step into A Space Between- a space typically only for adults- to create a magical wand.

According to the book "The Wheel of the Year" a wand is a tool that can extend your reach and influence when releasing your personal intentions into the world. Or for kids, it can just be a fun prop to play with or help empower them in moments when they feel overwhelemd in life.

The tree, desert-willow (Chilopsis linearis), that resides in my backyard graciously gave some of her branches for us to use.

What we will do:

• choose part of the branch you feel called to for your wand

• give thanks to Tree for the material
